Hibachi Fried Rice Recipe

Easy Hibachi fried rice made with tender chicken, eggs, rice, and green onions. Great for a quick weeknight dinner with takeout-style flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped grilled chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat the Blackstone to medium-high and add the olive oil. Scramble the eggs, then mix in the chicken, green onion, and garlic. Cook until everything is hot and fragrant.
  • Add the cooked rice and break up any clumps with your spatula. Stir everything together and cook until the rice is heated through.
  • Drizzle in the soy sauce and toss until the rice is evenly coated. Cook for another couple of minutes, then serve hot.
