Hibachi Fried Rice Recipe
Easy Hibachi fried rice made with tender chicken, eggs, rice, and green onions. Great for a quick weeknight dinner with takeout-style flavor.

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped grilled chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 cups white rice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
Heat the Blackstone to medium-high and add the olive oil. Scramble the eggs, then mix in the chicken, green onion, and garlic. Cook until everything is hot and fragrant.
Add the cooked rice and break up any clumps with your spatula. Stir everything together and cook until the rice is heated through.
Drizzle in the soy sauce and toss until the rice is evenly coated. Cook for another couple of minutes, then serve hot.
