How It Started
Some of my best memories are tied to cooking.
There’s something different about being able to share your ideas and cooking experiences.
That’s where this started for me.
Not in a restaurant kitchen. Not in a competition circuit. Just in real backyards, cooking for people I care about.
Over time I got obsessed with getting it right. Better crust. Better timing. Better flavor. I started testing techniques, dialing in temperatures, trying different tools, and figuring out what actually works, and what’s just noise.
Why I Built Chef Ember
I created Chef Ember because cooking should feel easy and fun.
There’s a lot of flashy content out there, but not enough clear, practical guidance. I wanted a place where beginners feel confident and experienced cooks can sharpen their edge.
